Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1· Talent’s checking in and checking out.
办好人才入职及离职手续。
2· Set up and update personnel files。
建立与更新人事档案
3· Makes a record of talents who need timekeeping assistance and advice.
记录人才上下班打卡记录并给予建议。
4· Maintain talent leave record
记录并保存人才请假记录。
5· Check according to hotel policy.
核对请假是否符合酒店制度。
6· Transfer and split all kinds of forms.
传递分发各种单子
7· Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as talent welfare & benefit and all talent activities.
协助日常人事管理工作,以及参与办理人才福利、组织人才活动。
8· Prepare the selection of Talent of the month and of the year.
月度及年度优秀大使的选举准备
9· Assist in the communication flow to all hotel talent through notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and directs communication with talent regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
通过人才布告栏、信函或直接联系等方式,向人才宣传好人事制度和酒店规章。
10· Management of Talent Locker keys
人才更衣柜钥匙的管理
11· Prepare Talent Restaurants Voucher for each department.
为各部门制作人才餐餐劵。
12· Assist Talent & Culture Manager management talent canteen and get satisfied survey.
协助人才与文化经理管理人才餐厅并调查满意度。
13· Make department attendance record.
制作部门考勤。
14· In charge of T&C fixed assets.
人才与文化部固定资产盘点
15· Draft part of T&C documents.
起草部分人才与文化部文件。
16· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
确保所有潜在和实际危害立即报告并纠正。
17· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures.
充分熟悉部门消防及紧急预案程序。
18· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and talents.
确保对所有紧急程序进行演练,保证客人及人才安全。
19· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.
严格遵守法律法规酒店政策的前提下,保证酒店人员和财产的安全。
20 · Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to AccorHotels Internet and Email policy.
确保所有的知识产权和信息的保密性和安全性,包括资料的存放和电子数据的存储。要遵守雅高酒店集团互联网和电子邮件的政策。
21· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

22· Review personal files.

23· Maintains and updates talent records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.

24· Keep all working areas in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keep all files in the order.

25· Entering information of new talents into SHIJI system, and filling in talent initial emolument form.
新人才录入人事系统,填写起薪单。
26· Entering and updating validity periods of talents health certificates.
录入更新人才健康证。
27· Complete reference check before hiring procedure.
聘用人才前完成背景调查。
28· Complete other tasks arranged by DTC and TCM.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1· Fluent written English, and can communicate orally
英语书面语流利,口语可以交流
2· Good computer skills and management ability.
良好的电脑技能及管理能力
3· Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability
