1、Club Millesime Supervisor is responsible and accountable for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. Responsible for daily operations of the Club Millesime.

2、 Assists the Club Millesime Manager to ensure all the Club Millesime staff and sub-ordinates adhere to the Hotel rules and regulation.
协助索菲特会所经理确保所有的索菲特会所员工以及助手能遵守酒店的规章制度。
3、 To supervise and delegate duties to all the Club Millesime staff within the section and to prepare their work schedules as required.
协助索菲特会所经理负责索菲特会所所有员工的监督管理,并根据要求制定工作日程。
4、 Use supervision skills effectively to encourage and motivate staff.
运用督导管理技巧调动和提高员工的工作积极性。
5、 Assists the Club Millesime Manager to responsible for all activities at the Club Millesime.
协助索菲特会所经理管理索菲特会所所有的事务。
 Club Millesime Supervisor is responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Club Millesime Manager, for the efficient overall day-to-day operations of Club Millesime whilst on duty. They are to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction.
在索菲特会所经理的指导下,负责酒店日常工作地高效运转,保持对客服务的高标准。
6、 Assists the Club Millesime Manager to responsible for the effectively cost control and inventory control at Club Millesime.
协助索菲特会所经理有效的负责索菲特会所的成本控制及库存控制。
7、 The Club Millesime Supervisor is responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP’s and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on arrival to hotel
负责迎接酒店的VIP客人,并且保证他们感觉舒适,受到欢迎。
8、 Regularly conduct inspections of all work conducted within the Club Millesime to ensure quality standard are maintained.
对索菲特会所工作的日常例行检查和指导,确保服务的高标准。
9、 Conduct daily shift briefing/meetings and pass on all relevant information to the Club Floor Agent. 
负责每个班次的交接会议并且把相关信息传达给所有索菲特会所的员工。
10、 Maintain daily an accurate record in the Club Millesime logbook of items and incidents which may be of concern to management and/or which may require further attention.
对于宾客服务簿上的事件以及管理层要求进一步跟踪解决的事情有详细准确的纪录。
11、 To assist as required/requested with the solving of any guest’ complaints/upsets and make record on logbook accordingly. Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis. Effectively handle and resolve and guests complaints and to seek help if needed.
按照要求,解决客人的投诉、抱怨,并作相应的纪录。确保达到客人的满意,在一定的时间内跟踪解决,高效处理客人的投诉,如有需要,寻求上级的帮助。
12 Have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and all Front Office Sections.
对酒店的设施及服务,包括房间类型、房价、相关特色及设施,餐饮促销、前厅部的各个部门都有一定的了解。
13 Check the daily arrival list. Special arrival list for VIP’s, repeat guests and fits.
检查每日预抵客人名单,特别留意一些重要贵宾和常客的特殊安排。
14 Check and ensure VIPs and regular guests on Club Millesime room assignments and amenities are set up prior to their arrivals as well as their Airport transfer arrangements.
在客人到达之前,检查索菲特会所客人的房间安排及接机工作。
15、 Ensure yourself and Club Millesime Agents are well taking the personal cares for every guest and VIPs on the Club Millesime.
确保自己和其他索菲特会所员工对每一位客人和索菲特会所的VIP客人提供个人化的关怀。
16、Meet up with VIPs and other guests arriving and escort them to their room or to the Club Millesime.
迎接贵宾到店及陪同他们到房间或去索菲特会所。
17、Ensure the availability of breakfast, daily coffee/tea and “Happy Hour” is ready on Club Millesime Lounge prior to opening hours.
保证索菲特会所早餐、下午茶和“欢乐时光”的按时服务。 
18、 Ensure guests’ access to Club Millesime area is controlled and monitored per hotel relevant guidelines.
依据酒店的规定,确保客人正常进入索菲特会所。
19、 Conducting routine checks and ensure that all public areas in Club Millesime Lounge are maintained to the high levels of cleanliness. 
执行每天的例行检查,并且保证索菲特会所公共区域的卫生达到高标准。 
20、 Ensure glassware and chinaware for breakfast and “Happy Hour” are well stocked and equipment is well maintained.
确保早餐和“欢乐时光”所需要的玻璃器皿、瓷器和其他设备好好保存。
21、 Ensure all guest greetings, check-ins and checkouts on Club Millesime are handled promptly and courteously by Club Millesime Agents.
确保所有索菲特会所的员工向客人提供快速、礼貌的入住登记和退房,并向客人致意。
22、To be fully aware of the selling strategy for the day.
了解当天的销售状况。
23、 To be fully aware of and actively promote hotel promotion programs if any and up sell them at all times.
了解酒店的促销计划并积极参加,并随时推销他们。
24、 Bid farewell to every corporate guest and all VIPs on Club Millesime upon their departures and ensure VIPs receive airport pre–check-in services (Guests are to be informed upon daily courtesy calls).

25、Oversee the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resole any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guest, clients and customers of the hotel.
了解客人的每日活动,解决客人的投诉,与客人、客户和顾客建立友好的关系。
26、 To ensure guest retention program extend to loyalty customer on a consistent basis.
确保回头客政策能持续地延伸到每个忠实客人的身上。
27、 To ensure cash flow at the Club Millesime hand over to each shift in accurate amount, any shortage or overage should report to Club Millesime Manager for immediate action.
确保索菲特会所每班交接的备用金金额准确,任何短款和长款必须立即索菲特会所经理汇报。
28、Ensure that “shift reports” are printed and “Traces” are followed up accordingly.
保证班次报表能按时打印,并且跟踪报表能相应的跟踪执行。
29、 Assists the Club Millesime Manager to supervise and guides Club Millesime staff to ensure that hotel’s policies and procedure are adhered to.
协助索菲特会所经理监督指导索菲特会所员工的工作,以保证所有酒店的规章制度能正常进行。
30、 Coordinates meal breaks.
组织好员工的用餐时间。
31、Keeps Club Millesime lounge neat at all times.
随时保持索菲特会所休息区域的整洁。
32、 Handles problems and seeks assistance of Club Millesime Manager to when necessary.
帮助员工处理问题,如需要可向索菲特会所经理寻求帮助。
33、 Maintains all equipment in good working order and trains new employees on equipment utilization.

34、 Is totally familiar with all Club Millesime back-up procedures in the event that any Club Millesime equipment malfunctions.

35、Is thoroughly familiar with all Emergency Procedures as specified by hotel.
十分熟悉酒店所有的应急工作程序。
36、 Is conversant with the Club Millesime procedures, conducts training of new staff when necessary.

37、 Is conversant with all Accor Loyalty Program, Frequent Flyer programs and benefits.
熟悉雅高忠诚计划,和常飞卡计划以及其优惠政策。
38、 Briefs next shift Supervisor/Captain on outstanding issues requiring further attention.
向下班主管/领班交接未完成的事宜和需要注意的事情。
39、 Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up to date possible, and delivered to the guest in the most meaningful way.
通过最恰当的途径,尽可能向客人提供最优质的服务和最新、最准确的信息。
40、Maintains a very good reputation for the Hotel and assists to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
为酒店保持良好的声望并帮助酒店增加收入。
41、Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。
