主要负责别墅维修
§ Comply with the Hotel’s policies andregulations.
遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。
§ Be responsible for maintaining allfurniture, wall and metal shelves.
负责对酒店所有家具的维修、保养及墙壁、金属构架的油漆翻新。
§ Be responsible for repairing wall paper,false ceiling, glass, carpet and all kinds of decorations, co-operating forevent order.
负责对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃,地毯及各种装饰的装修维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。
§ Check all related facilities in public area& maintain accordingly. Attend the work order promptly.
定期巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题及时请示汇报。
§ Plan the preventive maintenance schedulefor rooms
制定客房预防性检修计划。
§ Keep the maintenance area clean & neat.
维修完毕后清理现场。
§ Carries out any other duties assigned bysupervisor.
完成上级交办的其他工作事项。
