工作职责：
• 协助负责大堂餐吧日常运营，统筹各时段服务，保障餐厅有序运转。
• 协助主导各用餐时段的全流程管理，把控餐品、服务及现场秩序。
• 协助团队管理与排班，督导员工落实服务标准，开展岗位日常培训。
• 严格管控出品质量、环境卫生，及时处理宾客咨询与投诉，提升用餐体验。
• 管理餐具、食材及各类耗材，合理控制损耗，配合完成成本管控。
• 执行酒店各项规章制度，配合上级完成其他餐饮相关工作。
• 遵守集团食品安全、EHS、消防及卫生标准，杜绝食品安全风险，确保合规运营。
工作要求：
• 至少1年国际品牌酒店的同岗位工作经验。
• 能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
• 具备出色的领导力、抗压能力与品牌意识。
• 有流利的英文沟通能力。
• 拥有ADD餐厅工作经验者优先。

We are looking for Atrium Restaurant Assistant Manager who is passionate about work and loves the position they take on.

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the daily operation of the lobby restaurant and bar, coordinate services at different time periods, and ensure the orderly operation of the restaurant.
2. Assist in leading the whole - process management during each dining period, control food quality, service, and on - site order.
3. Assist in team management and shift scheduling, supervise employees to implement service standards, and carry out daily on - the - job training.
4. Strictly control the quality of food served, environmental hygiene, handle guests' inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and enhance the dining experience.
5. Manage tableware, food ingredients, and various consumables, reasonably control losses, and cooperate to complete cost control.
6. Implement various rules and regulations of the hotel, and cooperate with superiors to complete other catering - related work.
7. Comply with the group's food safety, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), fire protection, and hygiene standards, eliminate food safety risks, and ensure compliant operation.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
1.At least 1 year of work experience in an international brand hotel. 2.Hardworking, upright and responsible.
3.With excellent leadership, resilience and strong brand awareness.
4.Have fluent English communication skills.
5.Prior experience in ADD restaurant is preferred.
