Guests can walk from the hotel to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, SICEC and IFC Mall. The hotel offers 8 restaurants and bars, such as Gui Hua Lou, a Chinese restaurant, French restaurant Jade on 36 Restaurant which boasts panoramic view of the Bund, and buffet restaurant Yi Café.

We are currently looking for a Yi Cafe Outlet Manager (ADD) to join our Food&Beverage team.
Description:
Overall responsible for the administration and operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division. He / she will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.Directly responsible for day-to-day operations and management of outlet in line with hotel standards and policies. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to the assistant managers is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under their control.Creating synergy and building a strong team spirit are critical to the success of your team. Like any successful, the foundation is built with discipline, consistency and a commitment high standard.
Requirements:
- Physically fit

- Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel
