在销售总监、高级销售经理及销售经理的指导和管理下,遵守酒店的政策制度,支持并执行市场营销计划。可能地促进酒店及相关范围内的其他集团连锁店的经营发展。实现理想销售额,为集团发展营造最好的经营环境。
记录所有客户的统计信息。
按照预先制定的计划安排定期拜访。
每月递交客户产量报告。
及时了解酒店的运作情况,尤其关于主要部门如前厅、客房、餐厅、宴会厅等。
密切关注与竞争相关的事务(定期出台的地点、价格、服务,季度性的或按需求更频繁的)。将对市场相关信息的变化,包括竞争对手的趋势和对市场的大致观点提供给销售总监作为回馈意见。
参加所有季节性的培训和课程,把酒店文化和相关知识技能与相关培训联系起来。
通过酒店内进行的宴请、宣传、参观、展示等尽可能的推广酒店。
每周向销售经理提交前一周的客户拜访情况汇总报告。(周销售计划)
协助销售办公室及酒店运营部门,关于会议团队及大型宴会的组织工作,确保各项活动的顺利策划及运行。
监督及协助销售办公室和酒店运作部门做好会议团队,大型宴会及媒体采访,摄影活动。
精确制定客户需求,以确保所提供的服务有效符合客人的需求。
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/ Director Of Sales and within the limits of the established hotel’s policies and procedures, support and implement action plans as set forth in the marketing plan. Promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
Records the statistics of his/her accounts.
Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
Keeps himself/herself well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banqueting etc.)
Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis – quarterly or more often if need to be). Provide Feedback to DOSD on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.
Attend all training sessions and courses. Put into practice all training received relating to job knowledge and skills and the hotel’s culture.
Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, presentation etc., of the hotel.
Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Sales manager on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed.
To assist with the Sales and Marketing Offices and the hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful planning and execution of these events.
To supervise and co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing Offices and the hotel’s operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups, functions, photo shooting and media visit.
Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
