• Attends to the maintenance of all the equipment.
• 负责所有设备的维护。
• Carries out preventative maintenance in accordance with the recommended instructions and records in detail the work executed and materials used.
• 根据建议的指导说明书进行预防性维护，并详细记录所执行的工作和使用的材料。
• Advises improvements to the present operation or system in order to optimise the reasonable operating efficiency of the said system.
• 对现有的运作或系统提出改进意见，以优化该系统的合理运作效率。
• Ensures that sufficient appropriate spares and materials are available at all times to enable smooth continuity of work.
• 确保在任何时候都有足够的备件和材料，以保证工作的顺利进行。
• Assists the Assistant Chief Engineer to make plan of spare parts purchase.
• 协助副总工程师制定备件采购计划。
• Assists and informs the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer about the engineering defects of any department deficiency which may require budgeting for capital expenditure.
• 协助并通知总工程师和副总工程师任何部门的工程缺陷，这些缺陷可能需要编制资本支出预算。
• Ensures working areas and equipment rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• 确保工作区域和设备室始终保持干净整洁。
• Is responsible to ensure that the uniform supplied is clean and in good repair, and ensures that prior to attending to a M/O in a guestroom or a Public Area that the uniform and shoes are clean.

• Is responsible to report any potential hazard noted and unfinished work when on duty.

• Participates in the training of the Hotel and Engineering Department actively.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, with at least 2 years in a position of similar capacity.
