Job Overview职位概述
As an Assistant Manager of Communications, you'll work to provide administrative assistance to Communications Manager and Head of Sales to ensure that the hotel is recognised, according to our positioning by the local and national press and dining and traveling public.

• Contributes to establishing a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in the hotel.

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendar aligned with overall marketing strategy, focusing on Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account and Instagram platforms.
制定并执行与整体营销策略一致的月度社交媒体内容日历，聚焦小红书、微信公众号及 Instagram平台。
• Create compelling branded content tailored to each platform's characteristics and audience preferences, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity.
根据各平台特性及受众偏好创作品牌内容，确保与品牌调性及视觉形象高度统一。
• Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content strategy based on data insights.
监测社交媒体表现数据（互动率、覆盖面、转化率），基于数据洞察优化内容策略。
• Collaborate with paid media team to develop high-performing advertising materials for digital campaigns, including copywriting and visual adaptation.

• Maintain content quality control process to ensure accuracy, timeliness and brand compliance across all digital channels.

• Generate creative briefs for UGC campaigns and influencer partnerships to amplify brand awareness.

• Assist in planning and executing brand pillar-aligned events, including pre-event promotion and post-event content amplification.
协助策划执行符合品牌核心理念的线上线下活动，统筹活动预热及后续传播。
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes to maintain competitive edge.
持续追踪社交媒体趋势及平台算法更新，保持市场竞争力。
• Manage community interactions across social platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty
管理各社交平台社群互动，提升用户参与度与品牌忠诚度。
• Is able to adjust to changes in market requirements and the hotel’s sales strategies to meet business needs.

• Ensures that all hotel collateral in printed according to our brand standards and takes responsibility of maintaining a good level of stocks/ monthly ordering for all collateral including in-house magazines.

• Coordinates with Communications Manager/ Director that all on site photographers to ensure no disruption to guests and photographs represent our brand standard.

• Maintains a high profile in the local community, attending events, which build the hotels image.

• Works closely with S&M team and R&B team in creating events for our clients, guests, patrons and team members.

• Is fully understand how the hotel is regarded in the community and develops a thorough knowledge of the competitive situation in terms of business mix of competitors, pricing and advertising strategies.

• Maintains the hotel digital photo library and disseminate images to approved publications.

• Ensures that the hotel press kits are kept up to date with current press releases, biographies of key team members, restaurants concepts and photos.

•Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school.

• Effective interpersonal and communications skill. Excellent command of oral & written English and Chinese.
