岗位职责
1、负责推动酒店的销售目标及业绩达成;
Pushing the achievement of Sales Goals and performance.
2、负责酒店销售数据的分析,并指导下属酒店销售工作;
Responsible for sales data analysis and guide the sales of subordinate hotels.
3、负责大客户资源的开发;
Responsible for the development of key account resources.
任职要求
1、相关酒店专业毕业,10年以上高星级酒店职务工作经验;英文良好;
Major in hospitality management; Over 10 years working experience in four or five-star hotel; Be good at English;
2、有知名国际品牌五星级酒店经验者优先;
Working in famous international five-star hotels is preferred;
3、具有较强战略意识和敏锐的市场感知及掌握能力,领导能力、沟通协调和资源整合能力,具有较强的创新开拓和抗压能力;
With strong strategic consciousness and discerning market sense; Outstanding leadership,communication and resource integration ability; Be active in innovation and can resist high pressure.
4、工作敬业,有强烈的责任心;
Have good professional ethics and sense of responsibility;
5、具备系统的酒店市场营销知识和实战能力。
Be qualified with systematic hotel marketing knowledge and practical ability;
