POSITION PURPOSE 职位目标
Coordination of day to day Food & Beverage
outlet activities. Assist Director of F&B in Planning, organizing,
budgeting in all outlets and bars. Provide a strong communication link between
Outlet Managers and the Director of F&B.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES关键角色和职责
Ensure the whole F&B Department and Heartist
offer a outstanding service to the guests. Provide a strong communication link
between Outlet Managers and the Director of F&B.

Ensure that services are carried out in accordance with standards.
确保心艺家根据标准给客人提供服务。
Ensure all the Heartist carried out the tasks according to the
S&P.
确保心艺家按照标准与程序完成任务。
Focus on customer service
and associate development needs in all outlets.
主要注意力集中在客人服务及心艺家发展中。
Supervises the quality of service in all outlets during meal
periods.
控制所有餐厅用餐期间的服务质量。
Recruitment, training,
development and rostering of Heartist.
招聘、培训、发展和管理心艺家。
Provide training support to all outlet managers.
给各餐厅经理提供培训报告。
Ensure all the Heartist carry out the task
according to the Standard & Procedure.
确保心艺家按照标准与程序完成任务。
Assist Director of F&B in developing, updating Standard &
Procedure.
协助餐饮总监对标准和程序进行及时更新。
Co-ordinate with banquet
sales.
同宴会销售保持紧密合作。
Keep good relationships with
conference organizers.
同会议组织者保持良好沟通。
Develop Standards
& Procedures, in keeping with the hotel policies and procedures.
按照饭店的标准程序制定服务标准及规则。
Ensure all the staff carry out the tasks according to the Standard
& Procedure.
确保心艺家按照标准与程序完成任务。
Training, development and rostering of staff.
培训、发展和管理心艺家。
Determine and plan for future staffing needs.
明确和制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划。
Total knowledge & understanding of Food Preparation Standard
& Procedure.
了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序。
Good command of
beverage knowledge and implement beverage service skill.
熟悉酒水知识和酒水服务知识。
Responsible for guest and staff satisfaction in the outlet.
加强、提高服务水准以超出规定的服务要求。
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
确保客人的需求和合理的要求被满足。
Attend and conduct departmental, and Interdepartmental meetings,
and conducting daily pre meal meeting with Dinning Room Heartist to keep them
informed of updates, new directions, policies and procedures and daily menu
items.
准时出席各种会议、组织召开餐前会议,传达信息。
Maintain and Implement
Effective Interpersonal Skills.

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
Fluent Chinese speaking; Good command of English speaking, reading
and writing ability
中文流利:良好的英语会话及书写能力
College
Certificate
大专毕业证书。
EXPERIENCE工作经验
Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel
for2-3years. Technical course in F&B management. Minimum 3 years full time
course
2-3年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。满3年的餐饮技术管理课程。
