JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To management in running the outlet ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, consistent standards. Through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the bar operation and administration. Handling of guests complaints in a timely and effective manner. Establish guest database with preference records of regular guests. Perform trainer tasks and conduct staff training as assigned by Bar Manager. Check on employees’ discipline, grooming standards and punctuality and provide coaching. Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained. Maintain and control inventory of outlet/restaurant equipment. Follow established and proper Accounting procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years hotel experience with at least 1 year managment experience in luxury hotel. Strong international beverage knowledge with creative ideas for promotions. Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English. Good communication skills.
