1. Administer the sales program of the hotel
酒店管理销售计划
-Implements all sales action plans related to the Shanghai market (by) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

-Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.

-Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / Embassy/ Government / FIT / Meetings/Events accounts.

-Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

-Assists the Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate /FIT /Meetings/Events groups.
协助销售总监和销售副总监预测企业客户、散客、会议及宴会团队客户的客房利润及平均房价
-Attends related work functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
出席相关工作职能及宣传活动(如贸易展览会)及酒店促销(客房、餐饮、及其他设施和服务)
-Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Sales or Director of Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. The Sales Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales on potential markets, which need coverage.
计划销售出差,在市场总监、销售总监、副总监的监督下管理主要市场领域,专注特定市场领域内的客户并向销售总监、副总监报告。
-Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research
定期测评及调查直接竞争对手
-Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.

-Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
增加入住率,提高宴会利润
-Maintains close communication with the Events Management Team in the negotiation process of their accounts
