【岗位职责】Job Responsibilities1. 负责酒店大堂区域的日常运营管理，确保服务流程顺畅、高效，维护良好的宾客体验；
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel lobby area to ensure smooth and efficient service processes, maintaining an excellent guest experience.2. 接待并处理宾客的咨询、投诉及特殊需求，及时协调相关部门解决问题，提升宾客满意度；
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and enhance guest satisfaction.3. 监督前台、礼宾、客房等部门的协作，确保服务标准与流程的执行； 
Supervise cross-departmental collaboration among the Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams to ensure strict adherence to service standards and procedures.4. 协助处理突发事件及紧急情况，制定应急预案并确保有效执行；
Assist in handling emergencies and unexpected incidents, developing contingency plans and ensuring their effective implementation.5. 定期检查大堂设施设备，确保其正常运行，并及时上报维修或更换需求；
Conduct regular inspections of lobby facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning, and promptly report any maintenance or replacement needs.6. 参与酒店服务质量的评估与改进，提出优化建议并推动落实；
Participate in the evaluation and improvement of hotel service quality, providing optimization suggestions and driving their implementation.7. 协助管理层完成相关行政工作，包括数据统计、报告撰写等。
Assist management with administrative tasks, including data statistics, report writing, and other related duties.【岗位要求】Job Requirements1. 1年以上高星级酒店大堂副理及相关岗位工作经验；
At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role within a high-star-rated hotel.2. 熟悉酒店管理、前厅运作流程，了解酒店各项制度及其他部门的运作；
Familiar with hotel management and front office operational procedures, with a solid understanding of hotel policies and the operations of other departments.3. 具有较强的协调能力、沟通能力、应变能力，有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具有妥善处理宾客投诉及突发事件事故的能力；
Possess strong coordination, communication, and adaptability skills; demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capability to properly handle guest complaints and emergency incidents.4. 有良好的服务意识、服务督查能力，具有职业道德和团队协作精神；
Demonstrate a strong service mindset and service supervision capabilities, along with high professional ethics and a team-oriented spirit.5. 工作细心、有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强；
Detail-oriented and responsible, willing to take accountability, with strong execution skills.6. 有上进心和良好的学习和抗压能力，有良好的英文沟通能力优先；
Self-motivated with strong learning agility and stress resistance; proficiency in English communication is preferred.
