PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Assist the T'ang Court Manager in being responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
协助唐阁餐厅经理负责整个唐阁餐厅,保证唐阁餐厅营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。
· Assist in maintaining the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
协助唐阁餐厅经理保障所有同事的福利,培训和资源,只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。
· Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
协助唐阁餐厅经理通过增加更多的收益和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。
· Work with the T'ang Court Manager to be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
协助唐阁餐厅经理每月召开部门会议陈述唐阁餐厅收益和未完成的指标。
Operations营运
· Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
参考历史纪录和客房率预测,协助唐阁餐厅经理制定一份可行的部门年度指标。
· Assist in accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
协助唐阁餐厅经理正确的预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和食物生产。
· Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Langham’s policy and procedure.
认识和实施所有朗廷酒店的政策和程序.
· Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
定期的复习和更新标准以确保运营。
· Be responsible for maintaining T'ang Court safety and sanitation standards at all times.
时刻保持出口的安全和卫生设备的标准。
· Enforce sanitation checklist by having all T'ang Court inspected on a monthly basis.
严格执行卫生设备检查,所有部门每月检查一次。
· Be responsible for assist management of all T'ang Court property and facilities.
协助上级保管好部门所有的财产和设备。
· Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月进行一次餐厅设备的保修和维护。
· Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our colleagues.

Human Resources人力资源
· Develop and implement management training plans for subordinate managers & supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with Human Rescore Department.
与人力资源部合作,为下属经理和主管制定管理培训计划并及时实施。
· Be responsible for the execution of all colleague performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.
以专业的工作精神和眼光,审核同事的工作成绩。
· Be responsible for all aspects of colleague management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the Director of F & B/Manager.
与餐饮部经理和总监一起负责招聘同事,贯彻酒店规章制度。
· Conduct an effective monthly colleague meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to the GM, F & B and Human Rescore Department.
完成一份有效的同事会议记录,并转抄给总经理,餐饮总监和人力资源部。
· Practice “open door” policy to all colleagues.
对每位同事实行开放式政策。
· All details regulatory framework refer to colleague Handbook.

Administrative行政管理
· Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the restaurant.
负责餐厅的财务和账单的处理。
· Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the colleague time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and Human Resource Department
精确管理好每位同事的加班时间和考勤,按时交给财务部和人力资源
· Periodically plan outside colleagues activity to promote teamwork.
定期的计划同事外出,促进团队合作精神。
· Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
积极的建立跨部门的沟通与合作关系。
· Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
询问和关注客人的需求,在24小时内以适当的方式去完成。
Marketing市场营销
· Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the T'ang Court.
协助发展和完成销售计划,扩大部门的市场占有率。
· Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
每个季度要熟悉竞争者的市场并加以分析。
· Be aware of accident prevention and help enforce safe working conditions. Zero accidents are our goal.

· Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
Minimum vocational school.
至少为专业学校毕业。
Experience 经验
Minimum 4 years restaurant operations experience, at least 1 year management/supervisors experience.
四年餐厅工作经验和至少有一年以上的餐厅管理/主管经验。
