岗位概述 Job Summary:
负责客房部备品的订购、储存及发货并严格控制所有备品。
Responsible for ordering, storing and issuing of Housekeeping items, with a strict control of all items.
岗位描述 Job Descriptions:
1、负责客房部仓库物品的接收、登记、存储和发放工作。
Responsible for the receipt, registration, storage and distribution of items in guest room department warehouse.
2、定期盘点库存,确保账物相符,及时补充短缺物品。
Regularly conduct inventory checks to ensure that the accounts match physical items, and promptly replenish any items that are lacking.
3、保持仓库整洁有序,分类存放各类物品并做好标识。
Keep warehouse clean and orderly, store various items in separate categories and mark them appropriately.
4、检查物品质量,发现问题及时上报处理。
Check quality of the items and report any problems found for timely handling.
5、配合客房部日常运营需求,高效准确地完成物品调配。
Cooperate with housekeeping department's daily operation needs and complete the item allocation efficiently and accurately.
6、做好物品领用记录,定期提交库存报告。
Keep good records of item usage and submit inventory reports on a regular basis.
7、协助上级完成其他安排的相关工作。
Assist supervisor in completing tasks related to other arrangements.

1、具备基本的仓库管理知识和操作能力。
Have basic knowledge and operational skills in warehouse management.
2、工作细致认真,有较强的责任心和执行力。
Works meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
3、能够熟练使用办公软件进行简单的数据记录。
Can proficiently use office software to conduct simple data recording.
4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
Possessing excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
5、能适应酒店行业的工作节奏,服从工作安排。
Can adapt to working pace of the hotel industry and be willing to follow work arrangements.
6、身体健康,能胜任物品搬运等体力工作。
In good health and capable of performing physical tasks such as item handling.
