岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
1、负责餐饮服务部门和餐饮厨房部门的文员岗位工作,完成餐饮部领导交给的各项工作任务。
Responsible for the clerical work of F&B service department and kitchen department, and complete all tasks assigned by the head of F&B.
2、制定本部门的各种报表、表格,并对各种报表分类保存,定期装订存档。
Prepare various reports and forms for this department, categorize and store them, and bind and archive them regularly.
3、参加部门例会,做好会议记录。
Attend the departmental meeting and take detailed notes.
4、处理部门日常事务,接听电话,做好记录,妥善处理,准确传达上级的指示。
Handle daily affairs of the department, answer calls, make records, properly handle matters, and accurately convey the instructions from superiors.
5、保管好酒店内部部门间的往来文件。
Keep the internal departmental documents of the hotel properly.
6、帮助餐饮部领导整理各种文件,资料及回函。
Assist the head of the catering department in organizing various documents, materials and responses.
7、做好考勤统计,发放部门员工的各种补贴和福利用品。
Carry out attendance statistics, and distribute various subsidies and welfare items to the employees of the department.
8、做好餐饮办公室各种办公用品的领用和保管以及办公室的卫生工作。
Manage the allocation and storage of various office supplies for the catering department, as well as handle the cleaning tasks of the office.
9、协助各餐厅运营。
Assist in the operation of each restaurant.
岗位要求 Job Requirements:
1、大专或大专以上,或具备文秘方面的专业知识。
College degree or above, or possessing professional knowledge in secretarial work.
2、熟练办公软件操作,能较熟练地进行中英文打字。
Proficient in using office software and able to type in both Chinese and English with relative ease.
3、有一定的写作能力和灵活应变处理问题的能力。
Have certain writing skills and the ability to handle problems flexibly.
4、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
Healthy body, abundant energy, well-proportioned features.
