岗位描述 Job Description：
1.协助宴会厅经理开展日常的管理工作。
Assist banquet manager in carrying out daily management tasks.
2.监督、管理员工日常工作服务细节，不断提高餐厅服务质量。
Supervise and manage details of employees' daily service, continuously improving quality of the restaurant.
3.负责贵宾的迎送、接待工作，追求客人的意见和建议，及时解决出现的问题；
Responsible for the welcome and reception of VIPs, seek guests' opinions and suggestions, and promptly solve any problems that arise.
4.与其他部门保持良好的沟通，协调合作，提供餐厅整体服务水平。
Maintain good communication with other departments, coordinate and cooperate, and provide the overall service level of the restaurant
任职资格 Job Requirements：
1.形象气质较好，五官端正。
Good appearance and temperament, with well-proportioned facial features.
2.具备良好的沟通表达和人际交往能力。
Possess excellent communication skills, expression ability and interpersonal skills.
3.具备同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
Relevant working experience in the same position will be given priority consideration
4.具备主动服务意识和工作责任感。
Have a proactive service awareness and a strong sense of responsibility for work.
