销售经理-MICE

【岗位职责】
1.制定并执行MICE市场销售策略，完成年度销售预算及个人业绩指标；
Develop and implement MICE sales strategies to achieve annual sales budget and personal targets.
2.开发并维护企业客户、会议策划公司、PCO、DMC等渠道资源；
Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, PCOs, and DMCs.
3.负责MICE团队的全程跟进，包括客户拜访、需求分析、方案报价、合同谈判及现场协调；
Manage the full MICE sales cycle, including client visits, needs analysis, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and on-site coordination.
4.与宴会、餐饮、客房、财务等部门紧密协作，确保活动顺利执行；
Collaborate closely with Banquet, F&B, Rooms, and Finance teams to ensure seamless event execution.
5.收集市场动态及竞争对手信息，及时调整销售策略；
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6.代表酒店参加行业展会、路演及客户活动；
Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and client events.
7.维护客户关系管理系统，确保数据准确并及时更新。
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
【岗位要求】
1.大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
College degree or above; major in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
2.3年以上酒店MICE销售经验，有国际品牌酒店经验者优先；
Minimum 3 years of MICE sales experience in hotels; international brand experience preferred.
3.具备丰富的客户资源和较强的市场开拓能力；
Strong client network and proven business development skills.
4.英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言。
Fluent in English (written and spoken) as a working language.
