Job Summary
市场销售总监负责监督并全权管理酒店的市场营销和传媒资源,主要负责计划、发展和使其团队执行其品牌营销策略。负责确保团队在传统、网络和公关渠道上有效地推广酒店。该职位是全球销售战略、全球品牌营销和电子商务战略的关键连接人;平衡这些计划的执行,为酒店带来利润,提高品牌知名度。
Director of Sales and Marketing provides oversight tomarketing and communication resources for the hotel, and is chiefly responsiblefor planning, building, and enabling their team to execute on its brand(s)marketing strategy. This leader takes care to ensure her team effectivelypromotes the hotel in traditional, online, and PR channels. This role serves asa key point of connectivity for the global sales strategy and the global brandmarketing and ecommerce strategies; balancing the execution of these plans in away that drives profit for the hotels and awareness for the brand.

Duties& Responsibilities
1.战略销售的领导,评估酒店在各个销售渠道的参与情况(例如:酒店销售,万豪官网,线上旅行社和其他中介,集团销售办公室),并建立强大的工作关系,积极主动地定位和营销酒店。
Using strategic sales leadership to evaluate the property’sparticipation in the various sales channels (e.g., Property Sales,Marriott.com, Online Travel Agencies, and other Intermediaries, GroupSales within the Sales Office) and develops strong working relationships toproactively position and market the property.
2.领导员工实现酒店销售和市场目标;监督市场传媒活动的创建和执行,以推动酒店业务与区域市场传媒和公共关系。
Providing day to day leadership to associates to achieveproperty’s objectives. Oversees the creation and execution of marketingcommunication campaigns to drive property business in conjunction with RegionalMarketing Communications and PR.
3. 与营运收入部门合作、制定有效的收入战略,并制定积极的目标,以推动酒店的财务业绩。
Partners with leaders of revenue generating departments indeveloping effective revenue strategies and setting aggressive goals that willdrive the property's financial performance.
4.吸引、发展和留住合适的人才,以支持市场的战略重点。
To attract, develop and retain the right talent to supportstrategic priorities of the market.
岗位要求:
Job Knowledge / Skill Required
1.英文书写及口语流利。
Fluent in written and spoken English.
2.具备管理团队的能力和销售经验。
Demonstrated skills in supervising a team and salesexperience.
3.大学本科及以上学历。
University bachelor's degree and above.
4.3年以上同岗位管理工作经验;具备酒店营运工作经验、万豪国际或者其他服务行业工作经验,以及具备多种文化工作管理经验者优先。
Minimum of 3 years DOSM experience working in a managerialcapacity; Experience in hotel operations, Marriott International or otherservice environments or experience managing in diverse cultures is preferred.
5.良好沟通技巧,自我激励;良好的团队合作精神、领导和激励团队能力。
Good communication skill, self-motivated; Good teamplayer; Good leadership and motivation ability.
