The Guest Relations Officer will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing legendary services in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel. Plays a key role on executing and promoting guest recognition programme.
1. Oversea study & working experience will be an asset.
2. Strong desire to provide excellent guest services and with
passion to serve.
3. Basic computer and typing skills.
4. A good team player with ability to multi-task and remain
composed at all times.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
(Cantonese would be an advantage).
