Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Learning Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Learning Department in the Human Resources Division, including all Learning and Development activities in each Department/Division within the Hotel.
Expert in Learning and Development, creative thinking, innovative learning styles, good presentation and interpersonal skills , strong in creating Training modules with essential content based on training needs.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Learning/Training Manager.
High level of written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese, with good translation ability.
Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
