Manage the complete wine program needs of the Food and BeverageDivision. Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverageoutlet(s) on a daily basis.

Adhere to local regulations concerninghealth, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standardsand local policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities–(KeyActivities of the role)

Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordancewith departmental standards and procedures
      按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
 
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments andother relevant information 
      与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息。
 
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
      与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。
 
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings asscheduled

Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled

Daily beverage specials are explained and up-sold

Food orders are processed accurately

Trays and tray jacks are effectively used

Food and beverage orders are taken quickly

Payment methods are handled accurately

Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly

Bar is clean

Guests are conversed with in relation to the food and beverage products

Promoting and selling cocktails to guests

Making and presenting cocktails

Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard

Patron care standards are adhered to by ensuring:

Guests are advised on alcoholic beverages

The strengths of alcohol is advised and guests are advised as to theireffect

Compliance with legal provisions of local liquor codes

Level of intoxication of guests is assessed and appropriate action taken

Monitor factors which interfere with the total experience of the guest

Cellar operations are carried our including:

Correct use of refrigeration system

Effective operation of the post-mix syrups bulk dispense system

Operating the beer reticulation system

Adhering to stock control procedures

Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
      正确处理客人的投诉。
 
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

2.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

RequiredSkills –
技能要求
Demonstratedability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflectshighly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
Alcoholawareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlercard as required by local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
Able toread and write English
能够读写英语。
 
Qualifications –
学历
High Schoolor Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or relatedfield.
高中或酒店管理,餐饮或相关领域的职业证书。
 
Experience –
经历
1 yearsrelated experience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.  Knowledge of liquor brands,beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware,preparation methods and garnishments preferred
1年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具有酒类品牌,啤酒,香槟,非酒精饮料,专用玻璃器皿,准备方法和装饰品知识者优先考虑。
