1. Function as primary support to the HRDincluding activities in benefits, payroll, associates relations, wages andsalary administration, worker’s compensation.

2. To administer PAF for personnel movement eg.New hires, resignation, promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc.

3. To administer the Human Resources System withall the data base management and coordinate with Finance Department on thepayroll-related matters.
管理人力资源系统数据库,与财务部协调工资事宜。
4. Assist the DHR/HRM to develop and implementthe hotel’s business plan.
协助人力资源总监或人力资源经理建立和执行酒店的计划。
5. Ensure compliance and fair application ofcorporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.
保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。
6. To assist in conducting employee orientationand hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to fosterpositive attitude to company goals.
协助员工入职培训、参观酒店及其他培训课程的推广,以加强积极的公司目标。
7. To be responsible for the administration ofall the insurance schemes for hotel associates as required by the government.

8. Coordinate activities relating to studentstrainees such as handling monthly payment, trainee evaluation and organizeregular meeting.

9. Inspect all heart of the house areas to ensurethe compliance of the hotel’s standard requirement.

10. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient mannerin accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve theoverall objectives of this position.

13. To check attendance records of out-sourcingcompanies.
