We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Corporate to join our S&M team.
As a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager, we rely on you to:
Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team membersHandle sales activities with local and international partnersGenerate new business opportunities through various channelsImplement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotelTakes responsibility for the team's sales performanceLead and motivate the sales teamMaintain sales and service standards of the team
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Sales and MarketingIs a strong team playerHas a can-do attitudeEnjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customersThinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotelUnderstands the global markets and local environmentCommunicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previouslyHas strong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
