1. 与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。
Maintain close contact with existing clients, potential customers and business partners.
2. 高效认知和掌握销售线索。
Identify and follow up sales leads efficiently.
3. 代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。
Represent the hotel to attend domestic and international sales events.
4. 发挥创造力,为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。
Utilize creativity to contribute to hotel products and all departments.
5. 仔细计划与客户的会面,对预定的客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标。
Plan client meetings thoroughly, implement customer relationship management for target clients and achieve sales targets.
6. 在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
Monitor and report market trends and competitor information within the assigned market territory.
7. 准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。
Prepare sales reports and ensure accuracy of market and client information for follow-up work.
8. 积极地传播产品信息,在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
Actively promote hotel product information and boost hotel brand awareness in the assigned market.
9. 在所负责的区域内,与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势,并确保其实现。
Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing to design sales campaigns for the assigned territory and guarantee delivery of results.
10. 主动参与,完成各种销售报告。
Proactively participate in and complete all types of sales reports.
11. 协助计划和配合销售活动。
Assist in planning and coordinating all sales activities.
12. 协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。
Support the development and production of all hotel promotional materials.
13. 管理客户档案数据库,手工或以电脑更新客户档案。
Manage client profile database and update customer records manually or via computer system.
14. 不断地对下属员工给予持续建议及支持。
Provide ongoing guidance and support to subordinate staff on a regular basis.
15. 执行上级要求的任务,完成市场销售目标。
Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors and fulfill sales & marketing objectives.
16. 遵守酒店的员工守则。
Abide by the hotel’s staff code of conduct.
17. 遵守酒店的政策及程序。
Comply with all hotel policies and procedures.
18. 坚持不断的对自己的表现进行分析评估。
Conduct continuous self-analysis and self-evaluation on personal performance.
19. 完成上级交给的其他任务.
Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1. 具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。
Possess leadership skills and understand job responsibilities of all positions within the department.
2. 掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
Proficient in using the Internet and other major computer systems.
3. 掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。
Skilled in operating sales and front office IT systems.
4. 了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
Have solid knowledge of business travel, international tourism market, MICE and F&B sales.
5. 能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
Able to analyze and comprehend market conditions and competitor landscape.
6. 必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
7. 良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。
Strong computer literacy; proficient in Windows 2003 or above, MS Office 2003 or higher, Internet and common graphic & publishing software.
8. 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
9. 独立工作和团队工作的能力。
Capable of working independently and cooperating within a team.
