岗位职责 /JD
每月实现预算目标和新的业务目标。
Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
建立和保持与酒店的各部门有良好的工作关系,例如:前台,餐饮,财务和预定部门。
Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
建立关于没有预定而电话销售的客户区。
Prospect by telephone cold-calling to establish territories.
建立和保持与所有的地区客户和政府客户联系。
Establish and maintain regional accounts and all governmental accounts.
与客户在活动或者酒店居住期间的之前,之后保持联系,确保有再次的商业来往。
Follow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
可以代表客户做预定。
Make reservations on behalf of clients.
处理投诉,并提交给销售总监。
Handle complaints and pass to Assistant Director of Sales.
跟进全球销售办公室的领导。
Follow-up leads provided by Global Sales Offices.
在每个月的销售会议提交调查的失去商业合作的报告。
Research and present lost business reports at the Monthly Sales Meetings.
向市场销售总监提供每周的销售报告。
Provide Assistant Director of Sales with weekly sales report.
参加所有需要的活动。
Attend various functions as when required.
保持熟悉并分析竞争酒店。
Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.
辅助酒店所有的市场计划。
Contribute to overall market plan for the Hotel.
参加培训课程。
Participate in training programs.
销售助理要求的报告和任务能快速的反映。
React promptly to requests by the Assistant Director of Sales for reports and other assignments.
根据太原凯宾斯基的标准,组织重要客户的到访,欢送和提供给予他们逗留期间的任何帮助,以达到客户的满意
Organizes VIP’s arrivals, welcomes and provides them with assistance during their stay upon needs according to the Kempinski standards and in order to meet guest satisfaction.
