Job Summary:
- Responsible for the assisting in the management of all aspects of the Restaurant’s functions, in accordance with restaurant's standards.
- Implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
Candidate Profile:
- College degree & above
- Fluent English in Written & Spoken
- Min 3 years relevant working experience in international hotels
- Working in Bar outlets with strong beverage knowledge
- Good wine and cocktail knowledge
- Outstanding communications & promble solving skills
- Strong leadership and a team player
