Job Summary:
- Responsible for maintaining 100% reliability in the recognition of all Ritz-Carlton VVIP, VIP and repeat guest.
- Informing all hotel departments of the guest’s arrival, (un)expressed special needs and requests, and personal preferences by daily Lin-up package and hotel communication system.
- Responsible for improving and refining Guest Recognition Process and improving the measurement of Guest Satisfaction (Gallup Score).Also responsible for recognizing process throughout the hotel.
