This position is concerned with the strategic management of the All Day Dining Restaurant, in line with prescribed Hilton International policies and procedures.

Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers and staff at each service period.

Positively dealing with and learning from customers complaints and comments with follow up and feedback to the Restaurant Manager.

Be available to assist on duty in the Restaurant & Bars during any busy days or special events.

Work experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Hotel For 4-5 years.
4-5年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
Good English skills (written & verbal).
良好的英语口译及书写能力。
