Duties and Responsibilities

In the absence of a Manager or Shift Leader, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
监督现金的处理和存放程序。
Ensure restaurant operating equipment is clean and in working order
确保餐厅运营设备的清洁并正常工作。
Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy
按照酒店的规定保持工服和个人仪表的高标准。
Supervise the maintenance of service equipment
监督服务设备的维护保养。
Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
监督客用设施和服务的标准。
Control stock and monitor security procedures
控制存货和监督保安成序。
Assist with menu and wine list creation
协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。
Complete dockets accurately and clearly
准确和清楚的填写收据。
Maintain current information on all general activities of the hotel
了解当前酒店所有的活动。

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Valid health card as required by local government agency.

Qualifications
学历
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
酒店管理,餐饮管理或相关专业的大专学历。
Experience
经历
Above 2years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2年以上相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:24-28岁
- 语言要求:英语-一般
- 计算机能力:良好
