Scope of Position
The incumbent is responsible for
Accountable and responsible for maximizing catering (all non-room related banquet functions and outside catering) revenues & achieving targets set (Measurable Results)
Research and identify potential banqueting business sources; subsequently establish the awareness and sell the banqueting facilities to these potential sources
Maximise yield for available meeting and conference facilities by focusing on filling low demand periods and up selling high demand dates and by securing business beyond the current and budget year.
Requirements
Educational level:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant education
Work experience:
Minimum 2 years sales experience in the hotel industry, luxury hotel is preferred
Job knowledge:
Able to liaise effectively with designated market segment accounts
Knowledge of Catering and MICE segment
A computer literate
Fluent in English and local language

工作经验
在宴会及会议服务行业工作两年以上,具备豪华酒店工作经验最佳
工作知识
能有效的和所负责市场客户进行沟通
对所负责市场有一定了解
熟练操作计算机
流利的英语
流利的普通话
