1、 预测市场需求,为酒店争取市场关键时机。
Predict market demand and seize key market opportunitiesfor the hotel.
2、 协助各下属酒店公司收益最大化,提高市场份额,同时取得更好的收益。
Assist each subordinate hotel company to maximize itsprofits, increase its market share and achieve better profits.
3、 与下属酒店公司预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入,在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。
Work closely with the hotel company reservations andsales team to drive targeted revenue, and always maintain high standards ofcustomer service in individual and group reservations.
4、 始终能对环境竞争,优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
Always be able to compete against the environment andoptimize average revenue per available room.
5、 相应敏锐的洞察力,在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。
With corresponding keen insight, lead the team with arevenue management strategy perspective in the company.
6、 适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和收益最大化,按照标准执行并记录。
Makes appropriate adjustments to ensure maximum hotel room sales and revenue,performs according to standards and records.
7、 监督各酒店公司房间预订流量,节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况,并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
Monitor each hotel company'sroom booking traffic, price display during holidays, specific time periods, OTAplatforms, etc., and ensure that the operating system is consistent withcompany standards.
8、 具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。
Ability to formulate overall business objectives and action plans that areconsistent with the subordinate hotel companies.
9、 负责跟踪和分析预订流程,团队流量,特别关注和加强团队预留房管理,更好的做好团队适度减量,最大程度提高收益。
Responsible for tracking andanalyzing the booking process, team traffic, paying special attention to andstrengthening the management of team reserved rooms, and better reducing theteam's volume to maximize revenue.
10、根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析,每周召开收益信息会,每月召开下属各酒店公司收益管理分析会。
Make an analysis based on the revenue situation of each subordinatehotel company, hold a revenue information meeting every week, and hold arevenue management analysis meeting for each subordinate hotel company everymonth.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1、 五年以上国际星级酒店收益相关岗位工作经验;
More than five years of working experience in revenue-related positions ininternational star-rated hotels;
2、 具有团队协作能力和管理能力;
Have teamwork andmanagement skills;
3、 有较强的创新意识和创新思维;
Have strong innovation awareness and innovative thinking;
4、 出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力;
Excellent communication,program management and problem-solving skills;
5、 对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性;
Have good sensitivity tothe constant changes in the market;
6、 具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
Possess certain Englishlistening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
