岗位职责【Job Responsibilities】
1.负责完成产品的配料.备制和产品制作,并且严格遵守规定和流程制作;
Responsible for the completion of product ingredients, preparation and product production, and strictly abide by the regulations and process production;
2.负责厨房的卫生清洁.物料的准备和订购,盘存,协助主厨完成班次各项工作;
Responsible for the sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, the preparation and ordering of materials, inventory, and assist the chef to complete the work of the shift;
3.合理使用物料,减少损耗,并保证高质的产品,严格遵守食品安全操作;
Reasonable use of materials, reduce loss, and ensure high-quality products, strictly abide by food safety operations.
4.完成领导交办其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
任职资格【Qualifications】
1.相关工作经验,良好的专业个人形象和卫生习惯;
Relevant work experience, good professional personal image and hygiene habits;
2.具有责任心,良好的执行能力和沟通能力,严谨认真;
Have a sense of responsibility, good execution and communication skills, rigorous and conscientious;
3.虚心学习,服从上级安排,对餐饮工作有较高的工作热情;
Learn with an open mind, obey the arrangement of superiors, and have a high enthusiasm for catering work;
4.规定期间内的任务完成量达到标准或计划内要求。
The amount of tasks completed within the specified period meets the standard or planned requirements。
