To be efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all messages, facsimiles and parcels throughout the hotel.
高效和迅速的处理和交付酒店内所有信件、传真和包裹。
Strictly to follow all Concierge Policies and Procedures are adhered.
严格执行部门各项政策与程序。
Directs guests and visitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities.
指引客人及来访者到任何酒店的设施。
To keep the cleanliness of the Concierge counter, equipment and storage, and responsible for the maintenance of all Concierge equipment.
保持礼宾台,礼宾设备和储藏间的卫生,对所有礼宾部运营品的维护保养负责。
Implement that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered.
严格遵守并实行由当地执法部门所要求的全部事项。
Patrol around designated area to ensure safety and security.
执行守护和巡防勤务并保障所辖区域安全。
Welcome hotel guests and direct them to the parking lot.
予入店宾客表示欢迎并引导车辆进入停车场。
Advice and direct guests and vehicles which blocked the front entrance and driveway to ensure smooth traffic flow.
对堵塞在正门和车道主线的人流与车辆进行婉劝和疏导,保证该线畅通。
Politely farewell guests when they are exiting. Randomly check suspicious persons and items with courtesy.
对离店的客人要表示欢送,并对可疑的物件和人员要随机礼貌查询。
Advice guests not to carry dangerous, flammable, explosive items while entering the hotel. If necessary, deposit items to the Security Department.
对带有危险品、易燃易爆品入店的客人要婉劝或交至安全部保管。
Enhance the night patrol and increase alertness at entrance, when find drunk guests, notify the monitoring to follow-up
加强夜间门前巡逻和警戒,醉酒客人通知监控跟进。
Coordinate and work closely with Fire Control officer.
与消控员保持紧密的联系和工作协作。
Responsible for self-mistake breach of duty discipline and misconduct.

Maintain a good daily working performance report.
做好当班工作日值及岗位交接工作。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历
Relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand
在知名国际酒店内从事类似岗位的经验
Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
优秀的中英文听说读写能力
Familiar with LCAH processes or other loyalty programs
熟悉雅高乐雅会或其他忠诚会员计划
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
优秀的人际关系和沟通能力
Service oriented with an eye for details

Good presentation, influencing skills
