Ensure developmentand implementation of annual Learning & Development plan to address and narrow the performancegap;

Maximize the useof AccorHotels Academie programs to address gaps in performance;

Deliver all brandcustomer service and quality standards training to all members of the team;

Maintain accuratereporting on the Learning & Development delivery and learning programs implemented;

Evaluate theeffectiveness of the training for ROI and ROE.

Seek feedback fromparticipants and their managers for effectiveness of learning and developmentprograms.
