Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all sub-ordinates.
· Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
· Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
· Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
· Establish good public relationship with all guests.
· Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.

· 负责区域的日常组织工作。

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· College degree or above,。
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· The appearance is dignified, loves hotel work, studies business, has quick response, is good at communication, has good management and coordination skills.
· Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility in work.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大专以上学历。
· 能用流利的英语从事前厅服,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
· 仪表端庄,热爱酒店工作,钻研业务,反应敏捷,善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力。
· 注重细节,工作有责任心。
· 有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
