Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Responsible for attending to, resolving or acting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur whilst on duty.
· Collect customer opinion questionnaires to maintain service quality and improve.
· Provide accurate booking information to guests.
· Implement the list of "no-show guests" and daily team cancellations.
· Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
· Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
· Ensures front line staff complies with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales.
· To assist all area in the Front Office Dept. whilst on duty as required. (Tel: Operator, Reservation, Reception, FO cashier, Concierge, Kiosk, Business Center)
· 负责解决当班期间发生的安全问题。

· 向客人提供准确订房信息。
· 落实”预订未到客人”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
· 分析房价差异报告以保证控制客房收入。

· 确保一线员工遵从散客市场技巧并最大化的进行销售。
· 在当班时间根据需要协助前厅部所有岗位的工作。(总机、预订、接待、前台收银、礼宾部、精品店、商务中心)
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· The appearance is dignified, loves hotel work, studies business, has quick response, is good at communication, has good management and coordination skills, and can play the role of management, leadership and supervision well.
· Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility in work, dare to take responsibility, and have strong execution ability.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验2年以上。
· 能用流利的英语从事前厅服,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
· 仪表端庄,热爱酒店工作,钻研业务,反应敏捷,善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力,能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。
· 注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,执行力较强。
· 有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
