Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of Talent Acquisition including acquisitions channels, screening, interviews, onboarding, performance management and Talent exit.
- Own the hotels Dormitory activities including regular health and safety inspections, manage government compliance and heartist welfare as it relates to dormitories
- Manage payroll and related activities including all government social security obligations and all Talent legal compliance,
-Implement all Accor T&C SOPs, Policies and Procedures, and Accor related culture and brand training
- Implement all Accor T&C SOPs, Policies and Procedures, and Accor related culture and brand training.
- Administration of Occupational Health and Safety standards including the hotels handbook rules and regulations, compliance training, performance management and discipline procedures, and managing all Heartist related Incidents. Implement a culture of zero accidents.
Specific Requirements
- Great enthusiam in Hospitality, at least 3 years work experience in international hotel brand as HRM or Assit HRD.
- Outgoing, confident and sociable. An eye for detail with an enthusiasim for maintaining processes and systems to the highest standard.
- Proven examples of innovation would be beneficial.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
