Should be alert and attendant while guest are swimming. Should not live the guest in any case alone.
Should inform immediately to management in case of any incident occur around swimming pool.
Make sure that guest should be saved if he/she is drowning or face any trouble.
Should be able to provide first aid to guest. Should call for emergency help immediately.
Conduct daily inspections of swimming pool, lockers.
Make sure that swimming pool, lockers are hygienically cleaned.
Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Leisure Club supervisor if complaints and requests cannot be handled.
Maintain a daily logbook where it should record all necessary follow-ups for the next shift. Note in logbook all complaints unusual activities and attitude of the Leisure Club staffs for the information of AEHK/ Leisure Club Supervisor.
Report all maintenance to the Engineering Dept. and check maintenance work to be done or not.
Control consumption of Guest supplies/amenities and sees to the adequate stocking of cleaning supplies.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the duties of every employee in his area.
Report any malfunctioning of equipment to Superior.
Perform common duties and other duties as assigned by Management.

Able to speak, read and write English
High School or equivalent高中或相当的学历。
1 year experience in laundry operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
