Administrates,coordinates and monitors the Hyatt Global Curriculum program.
Responsiblefor the timely completion and submittal of training records and reports.
Supports thehotel’s focus on care service by Learning and assisting others to train peopleto provide exceptional service to the hotel's external customers (guests).
Provides theappropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other associates(internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
Assists withthe preparation and monitoring of the Training Budget, in close cooperationwith the Human Resources team ensuring targets are met and costs areeffectively controlled.
Ensures thatall hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating tofinancial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to,including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
Assists theDirector of Human Resources with the compilation and implementation of allassociate communications.
Ensures thatall in-house rules and regulations are communicated to associates andimplemented.
Markets theneed for training program to others, identifying and communicating the valueof training, exhibiting how training affects the bottom line.
Markets theTraining function by regularly communicating the outcome of traininginitiatives.
Assists toreview the progress of the hotel's Training Plan and make recommendations wherenecessary.
Assists Headsof Department in identifying training needs within each department.
Assists toco-ordinate and monitor the hotel's Training Plan and Calendar.
Assist to co-ordinatethe compilation and review of the hotel's Departmental Operations Manuals.
Assists withthe monitoring of departmental standards as defined in the DepartmentalOperations Manual.
Responsiblefor the security and maintenance of the hotel's Learning Room, TrainingEquipment and Materials.
Ensures thatthe recommended quota of Departmental Trainers is trained for each department.
Ensures themaximum utilization of Departmental Trainers in each department.
Assists toplan, implement and monitor, in conjunction with other members of the HumanResources Division both General/Core and Management Training:
Assists toimplement and monitor the company's training materials, including Hyatt GlobalCurriculum, Harvard Manage Mentor and other e-learning initiatives.
Monitors theperformance of the Trainees ensuring they are developed to their maximumpotential and efficiency.
Carries outany other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
