Responsible for cuisine kitchen in hotel.
• Responsible for the cuisine kitchen and food related areas operational points and standards
• Has high knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation in all areas of the cuisine kitchen • Provides functional assistance and direction to the cuisine kitchen operation and ambassador restaurants.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director manager
• Responsible for the Implementation of menus.
