To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize Event operations profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of Event operations, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the Event operations to exceed guest expectation.
