Under the general direction of the Manor Club Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures.
Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental; standards and procedures and oversees their implementation.
Monitor Manor Club team member to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
