Responsible for day-to-day operation of ButlerServices for Hotel, Serviced Apartments and Guest Relations.
· Organize Hotel Butler team to ensure exceptional service forall Suite and VIP guests
· Ensuring manning and rostering reflects business levels,maintain payroll to agreed costs and control overtime expenses respectively
· Ensure the Butler and Guest Relations operations reflect thestandards of an ultra-luxury environment at all times
· Work with in room dining and Housekeeping to ensure that allVIP requests are handled effectively and coordinated by Butler team
· Ensuring Butler team are trained to world class standards in allareas
· Managing room inventory with Front Office team to anticipateVIP arrivals and ensure a seamless arrival experience
· Monitor and continually look for ways to improve VIP services
