- To manage
and maintain associate facilities in
good condition in order to ensure all associates are satisfied, which includes, associate
accommodation, dining room,
lockers, internet room, associate living
room, associate dormitory, bicycle
parking for associates, car-park
for associate, notice board etc.
- To
assist managers in preparing all Talent & Culture reports.
- To
assist Managers in suggesting and organizing team activities. To
assist in suggesting and organizing associate activities to enrich
our associates’ life after work.
- To handle daily paper work e.g. departmental purchasing, apply for reimbursement, document filling, file sent for signature etc.
- To complete other tasks assigned by the
manager.
- Department daily basic operation and administration.
