1. Coordinates and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests' luggage.
2. Handles guests' requests / enquires in a professional and helpful manner.
3. Maintains all quality standards and procedures.
4. Assists guests in airline reservation / confirmations, handling of messages, transportation arrangement, city tours, restaurant reservations.
1、协调和确保及时递送和收集客人行李
2、维护跟新处理客人需求的相关信息
3、客人在店期间维持服务质量
4、协助客人机票预定/确认，处理信息，车辆安排，城市旅行，餐厅预定。
