As a Director of Human Resources, we rely on you to

1. Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, includes Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Colleague Relationship, Performance Management and other related function.
2. Drive a high-performing and motivated workforce.
3. Proactively alerts the Executive Committee and General Manager on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner.
4. Demonstrate key competencies and our belief.
1、确保人力资源部的高效运作,包括招聘、学习与发展、薪酬与福利、员工关系、绩效管理等相关职能。
2、带领一支高效、积极的员工队伍。
3、主动向行政委员会和总经理通报潜在的员工关系问题,并及时解决。
4、营造良好的企业文化并展示我们的信念。
We are looking for someone who:

1. Self-motivated, dedicated, proactive and well organized.
2. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
3. Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations.
4. Clear and concise communication and presentation skills and good people management skills.
5. Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
6. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
7. Always able to adapt to the ever-changing labor market and adjust him/herself.
