As a Service Leader - Kids Club we rely on you to
作为一名儿童俱乐部主管，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Assist Health Club & Spa Director with all operational aspects of the kids club
2. Ensure all kids club staffs are well-trained with their daily tasks.
3. Handle all operating issues such as ensure play-areas are hygienic and in good working condition, kids supplies are sufficient, inventory etc.
4. Assist and attend to walk-in members, visitors, guests and telephone calls or inquiries in your respective working area or section.
5. Assist and help any members or guest that requires any assistance in the treatment rooms.
6. Assist with clerical duties including answering the phone, copying, filing and preparing mailings.
7. Refer to the report schedule and follow up with relevant section supervisors, ensuring all reports are updated and handed to the spa & fitness manager on time.

7. 参考报表日程表和相关的上司跟进，确保准时将所有更新的报告递交给经理
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Min 2-3 years experience working as a kids club management and sales or school teacher
2. Good knowledge in managing kids club and organize kids activities.
3. Excellent skill in communicating with debtors;
4. Good guest service sense and professional skills.
1. 有两到三年的儿童俱乐部管理及销售，或者教师的工作经验
2. 有很好儿童俱乐部管理及主办儿童活动方面的相关培训证书
3. 出色的沟通技巧
4. 具备较强的宾客服务意识和专业技能
