2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service;
3. Interact with customers and improve Chinese Restaurant operation and service based on feedback received;
4. Provide support on urgent issues;

3、与客户进行交互，基于客户反馈提高的中餐厅运作和服务质量；
4、为紧急事件提供支持；
We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a passion for Food & Beverage;
2. Enjoys interacting with people;
3. Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment;
4. Must understand Chinese Restaurant service procedure and minimum standards;
