1. Ensure the hotel’s product and service meet the demands.
2. Ensure the normal operation of the Chinese Dim Sum kitchen .
3. Ensure that employees are educated and discover seasonal and new products on the market.
4. To maintain harmony among all employees in a fair and impartial way
1、充分了解市场需求和趋势,确保中厨面点房的产品和服务满足市场的需求
2、 确保中厨面点房的日常运作
3、确保部门员工得到培训并充分挖掘市场的季节性产品及新产品
4、平等公正地对待员工,保持所有厨房的同事之间的和谐气氛。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1. Has rich food and beverage expertise and superb Dim Sum skills.
2. Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
3. Have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation.
4. Has good command of English and is a good communicator
5. Has strong organization skills and effective influence.
